I was called for a phone interview and told me that I would wait to see if I get called for a second interview. I have checked the status on the portal and it only says under review and their last update was 12/30. I definitely would like more feedback.

Second interview with department hiring manager/ surpervisors
Third interview with chosen physician, it was great interviews but I didn’t get hired. The recruiter said they all loved me but I guess not enough.

The interviewers were friendly and straightforward, they asked the typical tell me about yourself and behavioral questions. Be prepared to link your experience with MSK's values and the job description. Personally my interview process stretched out for 3 months for 2 interviews only because that specific department can be hectic and sometimes disorganized.
