The process took 2+ months total. I applied online and then had an interview with a recruiting specialist. They immediately sent me for an interview with the department manager. That whole process lasted 2.5 hours. The interview questions were based on the STAR interviewing method. Following that some weeks later, they had me meet with the department team. The team asked me the same questions from the same packet that HR requires be asked of potential candidates. They informed me I was among the final candidates being considered for the position, yet was ultimately not offered the job.
