It was very easy. He asked a few questions like my availability and if I had experience, and and also if I was willing to work on the weekends. After that I got hired on the spot.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Melt Shop (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
Got invited to interview after applying through a hospitality website. Interview was about 15-20 minutes. Got asked about 8 hours after it to come in the next day to verify ID. Was told that the manager will be in contact with me in a few days. A week went by and I called for a follow up. An HR assistant said that the manager will be in contact with me shortly. Never heard from them again.
