From the initial interview, test and to final interview with Ms. Pegy, it was very direct and on point for what they wanted. Ms. Pegy even advised on how to be more engaging and convincing when talking to clients.

It is so good and they are really assessing all the candidates so they can select better candidates for the role, and they have levels of interview, first and second and role plays also

The environment was welcoming, and they were mainly focused on customer service skills and professionalism. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience

One key question they asked me was, ‘How would you handle a difficult or upset visitor at the front desk?’ They really wanted to see how I would stay calm under pressure and still provide good customer service.
