I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mela Group (Long Beach, CA) in Sep 2019

Quick phone interview
In person interview
Second interview and filling out paper work
It wasn't professional. I waited in the room with someone who didn't have the same experience as I did. The first guy I spoke with in the interview was professional and a very cool guy. I had considered taking the job until his boss came in and started going off on a tangent about himself for a half an hour and told me I couldn't put in my two weeks at my current job. He also talked about letting a girl go who just got hired right in front of me. They had asked me how much I was expecting as well, then told me I would be making minimum wage (not sure why they asked me in the first place then).
