Contacted by outside recruitment. Telephone interview, very nice and comfortable, told there was an internal candidate who was likely to get the position but that I had all skills they were looking for and would be contacted the following week with an update. Didn’t hear from them so I sent a follow email, no reply, ghosted. Position was reposted shortly after the initial interview.
