Just wasted nearly 6 weeks interviewing with this company: 4 interviews, 1 advertising test and 1 behavioral test; then they sat on my application for 3 weeks and only called 1 of my ref's.

Interview
Initially, I spoke to someone in HR. While she was nice, she basically told me that after looking through resumes a couple times, they decided to choose mine as- in it was not the first choice. After two video interviews, I was ghosted and never heard back from the company at all. It doesn't take much effort to send a rejection email. Did not want to work for the company anyway at that point.

Interview
I had a 15 intial phone call and then had a Teams face to face with the HR manager the next day. She was extremely helpful and took time to learn about me as a person. I was impressed with the culture of the company and the history. I am going to have another interview with 2 other people Friday.
