Initial Technical round started with Two Executive technical personnel. They check my core strength knowledge, next confidence level & team Management. then another round for HR In charge for negotiation ( Domestic organisation offering trend explanation) in a very out standing approach.

1. What is the main core element for any structure (Foundation design). 2. How would you consider & design the transmission lines loading. (sagging & hogging forces for transmission lines in winter & summer)
