Applied online through LHM Company's great website, then got a call a week or so later asking me to interview that afternoon. I went to the theatre and had an interview that lasted around 15 minutes. She pretty much said she was going to hire me, but I was formally offered the job the next day via phone, as I recall. Very easy.
