I was contacted by a third-party recruiter about an open position at Megaphone. After a discussion about the role and my qualifications, an introductory interview was scheduled with the head of engineering in which we discussed my technical background and skillset. After this, I was sent a take-home technical exercise. I had another follow-up call with the head of engineering to discuss my solution to the exercise. I was then scheduled for a final round non-technical interview, this time with multiple sets of engineers, the head of engineering, and a product manager.

After the phone screening I was given a take home challenge. Difficulty was moderate with room for interpretation. After submitting the take home problem I was invited to Reston for an in person interview where I was greeted by the CTO and the engineering team. There was a white-boarding question followed by a conversation with the PM of the engineering team. Finally I had a conversation about my potential duties at megaphone with the COO Jason. I was excited to hear back from them and accepted the offer.
