The HR is nice and sociable, but the department head is very cold and uncompromising. I didn't enjoy the interview, which was more of an interrogation than an open discussion. Besides, it is obvious that this company, and with all my due respect, is not a place for a long term career. It's obvious that they expect you to do everything with minimal support.
