Mega Aid Pharmacy interview questions

Initial interview was at their admin offices. Basic interview after which they scheduled me for a job ‘trial’. After showing up to this trial I was informed that I will be ‘training’ for the position. I was put through training at 2 different workstation, followed by doing your own work under supervision. This ‘trial’ took over FOUR hours. At the end they told me to write my name and number on a piece of paper, only to never hear from them again. This company exploits job seekers and use their time without offering compensation.

The interview process was simple. Human resource screened me with a pre-made list of situational questions. Also discussed the resume chronologically with detail emphasized around staff. Then put through an additional interview to meet with the COO.
