Meg Connolly Communications interview questions

After emailing my resume to MCC, I received an offer to come in for an interview. The minute I walked in the small office, I received cold, blank stares from employees. The office was completely silent throughout my whole interview, which was very uncomfortable. The two account executives I spoke to were nice, but seemed to hint that the job entailed grueling, long hours. Overall the work environment seemed toxic and upper management walks around monitoring everyone all the time. I would not accept an offer to work at MCC.
