Interview
Took them about a a week to call me and set up a phone interview. I didn't get a second interview but I also live on the other side of the country. They have about 80 people and were very friendly on the phone. Seems like a good company. I would have taken a job if they offered it.
I spoke with HR. It was an odd interview and felt very inexperienced - HR spent most of the time talking about random facts about meetup.
I found the whole process very unprofessional and purposeless.
Advice: train your HR team on how to conduct interviews.
