The hiring manager was 20 minutes late to the interview, only to tell me he was wrapping up with another candidate and would call back in 10 minutes. I didn't hear from him until 2 hours later to tell me they decided to go with another candidate and didn't even actually interview me. Completely unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
