Interview
Presencial un dia en las oficinas con mi manager y con una responsable de RRHH, la entrevista no fue muy tecnica y fue mas personal mirando hacia dentro de la persona
I interviewed at Medmix (Switzerland) (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I had an initial interview with HR, followed by a video interview with the Head of Quality and Head of HR. They indicated the next step would be an on-site interview and said they would follow up with a timeline.
After three weeks without an update, I asked for the status and received a generic ‘we’re still interviewing’ response. I withdrew due to the lack of communication. Within ~20 minutes, an HR representative called asking me to reconsider and said she would call the following Monday with interview details. No call came.
I followed up again later that week and was informed they decided not to move forward only after an additional follow-up email. Nearly a month passed after my second interview before a final decision was communicated, despite multiple stated commitments to provide next steps. The process went from expressed interest to rejection with inconsistent follow-through.
In a regulated environment—and for a quality-facing role—clear timelines, ownership, and consistent communication matter. This experience suggested those basics were not handled well in recruiting, which was disappointing.
The bright side: I learned this before becoming the regulatory point of contact for a company that treats commitments as decorative.

Question 1
I did not get a lot of questions regarding the position. They mostly asked clarifying questions regarding my background.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medmix (Switzerland)
Interview
Common type interview process, 2 round interview. Both hiring manager and rest of the team were very friendly. Overall it was a nice experience. Both first and second round were conducted online.
