Initially I wasn't sure if it was a fit but when I met the team, I knew immediately. I loved sharing a meal and getting to know people and their backgrounds. The team is very sharp, diverse and mission-driven. They all strive to make a positive impact in the world. The white board session was tackling a real UX design challenge the team was currently working on. It was perfect to get to know the product and the kind of tasks the job is all about. The session felt collaborative, rather than just me solving a problem in front of strangers.
