The process was laid out clearly in my first interview with the hiring manager. After the initial HR interview and hiring manager interview they said I would be interviewing with 3 other people and their titles are X, after that we will come to a conclusion. This made me confident on the next steps and I could easily prepare for my interviews. This was a great reflection of how the company actually is.
