Had a very difficult time getting into contact with recruiters in general and did not get any interviews at my first choices. I was offered an interview in an area I hadn’t applied to. It was an interview with a 4 person panel. Was offered job the next day.

Quick and easy, recruiter reached out to me to schedule. Part of HCA hiring event for new grad nurses for different residency spots. Application was online and recruiter reached out via email to set up time for interview.

Interview
I attended the intern bash and was contacted by a recruiter to interview about a month after. The interview was about 45 minutes total. The first half was with a panel of managers and the second half was a peer interview.
