MediaMix365 interview questions

I was asked to fill out a paper application when I arrived - weird. During the interview process, I was asked a couple odd questions like are you more like a giraffe or a tiger. After the interview I sent a thoughtfull and informative email about scorm and lms, along with links to my samples and I never received a response. In hindsight, I believe they interviewed me simply to try and get free advise.

A lot of paper work to fill out. Asked the same questions for the online application and when you arrive for your interview. They ask you to sit with employees, observe, and give feedback.
