Through a recruitment agency who recommended the role. First round was with the Director who asked about my career thus far and my intentions and second round was with the VP which was a mini case study.

Interview process consisted of 1 round with Directors, both of them made the interview process seem comfortable. Questions were based on past experience in similar field as the job applied for.

Panel interview on competency, with partners, at which you present a presentation outlining how you've met the competencies before. Also how you can help them become famous for digital- not sure if this is still the aim.
