1st Round - 1hr Technical interview on basic Android framework. 2nd Round - 1hr Technical interview on indepth Android questions. 3rd Round - Pair programing on Android project where I was given with a project and asked to build the functionality. 4th round - Hiring manager round All the rounds cleared and got positive feedback.The process took overall 2-3 months to finish. They are very slow in hiring. They don't even respond with either positive or negative feedback. I was selected as a candidate for the given job role yet they won't give a proper status on the offer. They will simply collect all your documents and won't even roll out the offer. Extreme cost cutting will happen. They don't even update the candidate if they can't afford. Very unprofessional HR.
