Interview
Three rounds with Co-founder, General Counsel and then Paralegal. Once complete then an assessment is required to determine next steps. The communication and follow of process was consistent and smooth.

Question 1
How do you feel being the only one supporting the HR department? How do you feel about working across different time zones?
I met with several team members over a week. The process moved quickly and everyone I spoke with was personable. I believe the final candidates were given a case study, but I wasn't part of that round. While I was not selected, I appreciate that the people are nice and I was given closure (opposed to companies that turn interviewing into an interrogation and those that ghost candidates)
