One of the best interview experiences.
Mecca invited you to a Zoom interview with store managers after a phone screen. They don't utilise a one-way video interview with AI assessments like other big cosmetics companies.

How do you handle difficult customers? and more about attitude test and product preference questions, which were fun to answer.
Normal questions about experience and skills. Managers were nice and even offered me a coffee before starting. It’s recommended to be a bit more prepared as some of the questions were a bit different.
