Group activity and then one on one interview. Group activity required you to try sell a product, one on one was like a standard interview with questions. Both processes were very friendly and easygoing.

Asked mainly about retail experience, availability
Did the interview over zoom. The interview was very simple and I was only really asked the standard questions that you'd expect from any job interview. The hiring manager was very kind and made it very comfortable.

Interview
The interview process consisted of various rounds, 3 if I remember correctly. The first was an online automated one, which included pre-recorded videos asking you to answer a variety of questions that were both general and related to previous work experience.
