I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2024
Interview
The first round was a 45 minute phone call that asked only questions about resume and behavioral questions. You don't really get to know the interviewer and it is rather robotic.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Robbinsville, NJ) in Sep 2024

Question 1
How would you handle an underperforming employee?
What has been the most impactful thing you've witnessed in the past year?
Why did you chose your university?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Pretty basic behavioral interview questions with some questions related to your technical experiences. Last interview stage is 4 hours spent learning about the company and doing more behavioral interviews. I’d recommend studying your resume very well and any projects in case they throw you a curve ball.
