Phone interview was basic chronological screening and response to generic questions. Invited onsite for 1:1 interview--accommodations and arrangements were exceptional. Interview consisted of a tour of facility, interview with different leaders, return to HR for followup/feedback. Asked questions about culture/employee satisfaction, got evasive responses; very much a factory environment with warehousing and the customer service/phones being the primary areas of the company. People seemed to keep to themselves and not very willing to answer candidate questions--almost seemed scared.
