After a 30-minute screen interview over the phone, I was asked to fly out to my office of choice for an interview. Interview structure is similar to what other people here have said, you have a tour of the warehouse where you're given a rundown of the company and you're supposed to ask questions about what you're observing. You then have three one on one interviews that are supposed to be more evaluative and then a lunch with a recruiter. The interview questions are almost strictly based on their resume. There was one line in my resume that they asked about a lot. They will also ask questions following up on things that you said previously.

1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter, they review your resume and confirm your location preferences. 2) Super Day, you get flown into the warehouse, get a tour of the facility, go throw a project share, and have 2-3 behavioral interviews. They ask for detail about experiences covered in your resume. They give about $600 stipend for traveling to/from the airport, eating, etc. They also book your travel for you.
