I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Initial phone interview only. Got an invitation to apply. Emailed resume and cover letter, and got an email back to set up a phone interview. The interviewer did not seem that enthusiastic about speaking to me.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in May 2021
Interview
The first interview was a simple 30-minute phone interview with someone in HR from McMaster. Very straightforward interview questions, and mostly was just a qualifications screening. The second interview was a week later. This was a 1-hour long Zoom interview with the first 30 minutes being with the same HR interviewer. She showed me a presentation with pictures of the warehouse and asked me to identify what I saw in each picture. She then passed me along to a manager in Distribution for another 30 minutes, where I was asked questions related to the pictures I was shown.
