Phone interview will be the first step in the process. If you make it past the first step you will be asked to create a power point presentation in front of a small group of managers. Your presentation will be about the history of McLane Company. This is the last and final step good luck.

The interview process was good. After the interview, I learned a lot more about the company and the work environment. It was very team oriented and hands on! The interviewers were very nice and answered all my questions.
