Cons
The interview timeline can be a challenge. Finding a time for the panel interviews and pitch, with so many senior leaders involved, was difficult and took a lot of back-and-forth.
I think the process would be smoother with a more robust scheduling tool. This would make it easier for both the candidate and the busy leadership team to find availability.
