I was approached directly on Linkedin and received very little information other than a JD from the recruiter. The interview consisted of a zoom meeting with the MD, and a face-to-face with the CEO. The Interview with both reps was an informal conversation and had very little structure. Was advised by the CEO that they would get back to me by the end of the week and never heard from them again. I was expected to do the face-to-face with the CEO with very little notice. When I asked for more context re the meeting with the recruiter I received no response at all. When I met with the CEO talked more about himself and the business and asked me very few questions. He expressed how he did not agree with working from home, and those who did were unlikely to be promoted. Really poor candidate experience, particularly for a role at this level
