Phone interview with staff. Very causal discussing resume theatre interests etc.
mentioned connections and references on the call. Only spoke with one member of staff — no any more.
Discussed second interview timeline but did not stick to it— was very delayed and mentioned having interest from MFAs

Interview
The hiring process took about 2-3 weeks. I was called in for an interview, and have a very positive experience. The staff were very welcoming, and the people that interviewed me made me feel very comfortable. I heard back from them about a week later with an offer.
