I had a brief interview over the phone with an HR rep. I was called in a week later to meet with the head of HR. The interview lasted about an hour. She was very pleasant and at the end told me she would call me in about a week to set up a second interview with two groups. She never called and when I contacted her response was very general. I was very disappointed.
