Worked at another IPG agency in the network. Was referred through internal connection to recruitment at McCann Worldgroup who did preliminary interview. Then met with the hiring manager. Through that conversation, it was determined that I would be more valuable to another team to fill a new role that was created that sought related skill set and experience. Interviewed with hiring manager and manager above that before offer was made and transfer was executed between IPG agencies.
