There was an application form to fill out. I undertook the interview in person.
I interviewed in front of 2 partners. The interviewers were somewhat friendly. One of them did not like my choice of university and I knew I was not getting the position there and then. It felt more like an interview to catch you out. Disappointing

Interview
The interview went okay, the partners were doing a good cop bad cop situation, which was off-putting. From the get go it seemed as if the man interviewing had a problem and was just there to catch me out. The woman was kind however, and more unbiased as a usual interview should feel, less like an interrogation.
