Normal interview, two interviews followed by an offer and negotiation. Team seemed lovely in interview and welcoming, was promised mentoring and opportunity for growth - I ended up accepting. It was a fast process

Straightforward - It was simple and easy to navigate. The questions asked were easy to understand and navigate. I would recommend preparing standard interviewing questions and practicing answering the questions with a friend.
