I had two interviews conducted over Zoom with some Account Executives and leadership. They were all very friendly and the questions were typical revolving around work experience and skills surrounding communications and media. The team promptly let me know that I had gotten the position and made the process of interviewing efficient and less nerve-wracking!

Interview
I had a phone interview and then a in person interview. The phone and in person went great, most of the process was very timely. Then after the in person, I didn’t hear back for weeks on end. I sent thank you emails following quickly after and then another follow up email after two weeks of no word. This long time period was unprofessional in my sense and I’ve never had a company drag the process on for so long to reject someone.

I was asked to do a brief Facetime interview so that they could have the opportunity to get to know me a little better. During the Facetime interview, it became clear to me that the person conducting the interview had not looked at my resume which threw me off quite a bit. They also told me they had tons of applicants in a way that felt dismissive. After the interview I sent a follow-up email letting and was told they would let me know. They never did. The whole process felt disturbingly unprofessional and disappointing.
