Was initially approached via LinkedIn and introduced to opportunities within the team as well as discussing what I was looking for next. Was then invited in for a very relaxed interview at the office to discuss this further. Was invited back for a second time to then meet with the Managing Directors and find out more about the company's vision and how this aligned with my career expectations. After this, was introduced to other members of the team on the same day to ask honest feedback on how they have found working for the company. Was issued an offer after this stage and even an optional third meeting to go for a coffee/drink with the team to make sure I was making the right decision but gladly accepted the offer without this.
