Mattson Resources interview questions

Mattson was very detailed with their interview questions. They helped me to understand what candidates would be looking for and how to respond appropriately. I appreciated the guidance and direction they gave me and I would not have found the dream job for me without going through their own mock interview process.

Received the oddest call from the recruiter. I wasn't asked anything about my background and experience. The recruiter asked why I wanted to work at that location (given the distance) and what my salary expectations were. I asked for the salary range and was given a flat amount. The recruiter asked if it was too low, then said they would forward the job description. I haven't received an email back to date. If my profile didn't seem like a good fit for the role for the Company, why would the recruiter even call me???
