One of their HR called me and asked me whether I'm interested in this position or not. I said yes and she organized an interview very next day via google meet. It take around 45-60 minutes. The interview is somewhat difficult I can say. After the interview HR called me and inform me that I've cleared the first round and there will be another round of interview which she will be inform me later about the date and time, but after that she never called. When I've tried to reach them she told me the same thing that she will inform me and she never does. I feel this attitude is very unprofessional. If a job seeker does that HRs are writing long posts in social media but what about the companies? If you not interested in our profile anymore you can say that, rejection is a part of interview. But don't waste our time or don't play with emotions. For the job seekers I want to share a thought that many companies nowadays posting job openings frequently and asking for resume and even taking the interview as well then they're not contacting the job seekers and they'll repeat that after few days. So be careful.
