Started the interview with "Where do you live?" "Where in LA?" Complete location discrimination type of questions. It was simply thirty minutes from my house...I did my research before I took the interview. Pressed hard on why I was freelancing during the pandemic. Given the rude and abrasive tone, I ended the interview. Recruiters represent company culture, if you're not going to start out excited about the role and opportunity to the candidate...hard pass.
