The process involved paper and pencil math testing over elementary/middle school math concepts along with Algebra I topics. Each Center location (it's a franchise) may use somewhat different hiring processes. The math tests might vary with each location. I also interviewed in person. They're looking for math competency along with being able to work well with kids and to learn their teaching methods.
