Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Emailed them and immediately got response telling me to come in for an interview/ Math Literacy Test. Did all right on the test, and the interview was mostly just asking about experience and availability (very relaxing). I have to go in and do a teaching demo today before I get to train.
