The Interview process was as follows - 1. The recruiter contacted me through email and told me to send some writing samples. Eg. Technical paper, thesis, book etc 2. After that there was a HR interview. 3. Later I was contacted by one of the members in the Control Systems documentation team and we spoke about what writing experience I had.
