I applied for this company through Internshala and while filling out the application, they asked just one question relevant to the job responsibility. Within 2-3 days, my CV got shortlisted, and I was asked to answer 5-6 questions to better understand my experience. After a week, I received a call from their HR representative, HIBA. The initial questions were easy, like discussing my past experience and background.
However, when I mentioned my salary expectations, which were within the range specified in the job description (4-5 LPA CTC), I was surprised to hear that the company was offering only 30k per month in hand. HIBA claimed that incorrect details were put in the job description, which raised doubts and made it seem like a tactic to attract more candidates.
Seeking clarification, I asked HIBA more questions, but she abruptly disconnected the call, leaving me unsatisfied. I made another attempt to reach her, and she provided me with evasive and fake reasons, avoiding the salary-related discussions and showing a rude attitude.
Based on my experience, I advise readers to approach this company with caution. There seems to be a discrepancy between what they advertise and what they actually offer, leaving no room for proper appraisals or growth opportunities. Moreover, my interactions with their HR representative, HIBA, were disappointing, as she displayed rudeness and lacked professionalism.
Take care and be cautious before considering this company, as it may not deliver on its promises and may not foster a positive and growth-oriented environment.
