Initial in-house recruiter call
Hiring manager interview (mostly focused on cultural fit & background)
Peer interview (very casual)
Team interview (discussion of work examples)
All remote via Teams around 45 mins each
No real interview questions - mostly focused on the business describing the role - and everyone with a different perception of the role. Didn't appear to be any joined up connection as to the role/ways of working/expectations between interviewers. Interviewers had work examples for many weeks, then asked to describe something totally different in the final interview. All extremely casual - which I appreciated at the time, but I was left each time wondering what we had really accomplished in the time. Contact from in-house recruitment was patchy - and finally I was ghosted after 3 rounds (which they had chased for). All extremely strange. And I get the sense they're not really looking to hire externally/at all.
