I declined to continue the process during the initial call with the recruiter. The biggest reason for this was that this role was NEITHER FOR INTERACTION DESIGN (it was for product design - at least interaction design is a part of product design) NOR A MANAGER. The recruiter disclosed they marketed this role as an interaction design manager one but in reality, it was an IC product design role ("with an option to later apply for a manager"). Very unethical and misleading.
