Submitted my application through Mastercard's website (October 2020). Later on I was invited for online tests and did a video interview. Shortly after, I received an email saying that I was shortlisted from the major group and was being considered for the Assessment Center. After that (December 2020), all communications went silent and simply received an email in April 2021 informing me that I wasn't selected

Interview
The process involved multiple stages, including initial screening, technical assessment, and a final-round interview with senior managers. It was structured, challenging, and gave insight into Mastercard’s work culture. However, there was no follow-up after the final round, which left candidates uncertain.
