      Assistant to the "President" Interview

      Nov 21, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Berkeley, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Master-McNeil (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2010

      Interview

I was hired on the spot as it turned out that the 2 previous people who held the position had walked out with no notice, both after only a few weeks on the job, and one leaving a "F.U." letter on her way out. It soon became obvious why they had done so.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

No difficult questions as the owner was absolutely desperate to get someone in to help her out of the ongoing chaos created by her counter-productive work habits. She did manage to put on a pretty good act during the interview, and it was not until a few weeks later that her true character started to come out when she would *habitually*, yell, belittle, bully, insult, lie and pass along blame for her own mistakes.
